Group Chief Executive
Ben was formerly founder and CEO of Managed Networks, a leading UK managed services provider.
He holds a number of non-executive roles, including serving on the boards of TechUk and the BCS.
Ben is a CISSP-ISSMP, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM and an IAPP Fellow in International Privacy, BCS Fellow and a Chartered IT Professional.
A regular speaker at industry events, Ben also makes frequent broadcast media appearances. He writes on a broad range of data protection and privacy-related issues and challenges.
Managing Director
John has worked in a wide variety of leadership roles in diverse sectors including media, healthcare and non-profit.
A member of the Securys Board, he leads on product development across the Group as well as aiEthix, the firm's dedicated AI practice.
He heads the privacy assessment practice for Securys, managing the risk scoring and consultancy team.
John writes regularly on privacy, data protection and AI challenges and speaks at industry events.
Director
Rahul Chitnis is a practising Counsel at the Supreme Court of India. He previously practiced at the Bombay High Court from 1990-2014 and has been practicing in the Supreme Court from 2014 onwards. He also served as the Chief Standing Counsel for the State of Maharashtra at the Supreme Court from 2019–22.
Rahul first enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa in 1988.
Rahul holds an LL.M in Business International Law from Kings College, University of London.
Director
Abhilash Lal is a finance & bankruptcy consultant. He has a strong track record of assisting company growth. Abhilash is a registered Independent Director and currently sits on the boards of 11 companies across various sectors including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Minerals, etc.. Prior to this, he worked for HSBC, Kearney and for MCap Private Equity.
He holds a degree in engineering (BE (Mech) from the university of xx and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
Associate Director
Hersh is currently an active Counsel at the Supreme Court of India, specialising in Intellectual Property laws. He is also a Registered Patent Agent in India. Hersh has been enrolled at the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2015.
He holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley.
Associate Director
Rajas Chitnis is a Solicitor specialising in Professional Negligence and general Dispute Resolution. Rajas has been enrolled as an Advocate in India since 2023, and as a Solicitor in England since 2024.
Rajas holds an LL.B., LL.M., LPC - City, University London. He is also an alumnus of the Sciences Po, Paris.
